Awarded the Norwegian children’s choir conductor of 2014, Tove Lundborg is a choir pedagoge from Gjøvik, Norway, having conducted choirs such as Hamar girl’s choir, Hamar women choir, Elverum women choir, Mjøsikale and Storhamar mixed choir, among others. In 1994, Tove was the project leder for children who formed the five rings during opening and closing ceremonies of the Olympic Games in Lillehammer, conducting more than 400 children at that time. Children at Coralua 2016 will have the great opportunity to sing with Tove an exciting Norwegian repertoire! Will you miss that?

We are proud to present this energetic woman from Trondheim as guest conductor for this edition of Coralua. She is one of the most influential choir conductors in our region. Currently, she is conducting the choir Ad Libitum, a renowned mixed choir from Trondheim. She also teaches choral conducting at NTNU, the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Bodil Egseth will rehearse a Norwegian common song, which will be performed by all the workshop participants at the concert on Tuesday afternoon. We´re really looking forward to this moment!
